Our story began with a journey that started on February 6, 1965, in Chicago, IL, and took us through Milwaukee, WI, where the foundation of our dreams was built. As the eldest of eight children in a family entrenched in the restaurant business, I discovered the importance of hard work, hospitality, and the joy of bringing people together.
Inspired by family
Inspired by my family's entrepreneurial spirit, I opened my own restaurant, blending American and European cuisine with live music and exceptional customer service. This experience ignited a passion for creating unforgettable moments through music and hospitality.
Moving to Southern California, I found my niche in the entertainment industry, where my love for live music naturally evolved into something more significant.
